Abstract: As traditional seafoods, the razor clams are widely distributed from tropical to temperate areas. • The daily maximum allowable intakes are controlled by eutrophication levels. • Eutrophication decreased oral bioavailability of Fe and Pb but enhanced for V. • Bionic gastrointestinal tract was used for metal oral bioavailability assessment. • The bioaccumulation of Fe, Ni, V, and As was promoted by eutrophication.
